Hello,

Ill be doing the rear bearing hub removal soon since the back left is whining so thought lets just do both since am also doing the brake discs on both.

anyone know what bearing puller size would be appropriate?

Not anymore, 4.4 TDV8 now

Just had mine replaced by a local garage, you don’t need a puller you need a 20-30 tonne press from what they told me. Not easy to set up either due to the irregular shape of the knuckle. Kevin

i am replacing the entire hub, not the bear alone, so pulling the hub out is the only real "hard" bit.

it seems a 3 jaw puller is perfect for it but unsure what size.

edit: on further inspection your right, and am guessing am screwed

i wonder if its possible to remove it while in situ in the car. i don't really fancy undoing the entire knuckle. Its actually a sport
