Can be done with a screwdriver in about 10 mins. Doing the top ones is all that needed, even with no mechanical know how it’s a simple and easy job to do. Doesn’t need a mechanic.

I got the 6 hoses set , didn't fit the two turbo ones until i had replaced but the other 4 weren't too bad to do. 2015 4.4 AB

Try these for your Mainbeams. They need a bit of fettling to fit but worth the effort.

You have to pull off the metal H7 collar from the bulb and fit the adaptor on, then re-fit the collar.
Its obvious how to do it when the parts are in front of you. The fiddly bit is turning the assembled bulb into the housing. I loosened off the torx bolts, turned it home then re-tightened the torx bolts.
The light output is brilliant
