Hubs and knuckles are the same, but discs and brake pad wear sensors are different.

Not sure that the 6 pots are a direct fit from the 4.4, might be, might be an easier and somewhat cheaper job to look at putting the 4 pots from the 07-09 3.6. Discs and pads are cheaper and tbh they stop the car plenty well enough. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

The splash shields / backing plates are the same part number for both styles of brakes so do not require changing.

I have done this conversion on a 07 supercharged and it has made a huge difference when towing a heavy load. I had to change the hub carriers, the disks and obviously the callipers. The disk shield and the speed sensors are the same. I got a pair of hub carriers secondhand and new callipers at very nearly half the price from Landrover. There are another two sets of callipers from where I got mine if anyone wants a pair. Ray. 2011 4.4 tdv8 Kahn. 2007 supercharged with 2012 lights and overfinch body kit. P38 with a full J.E.Engineering conversion |
