SC rear shocks on TDV8

Has anyone fitted L322 SC rear shocks on a 3.6 TDV8? (2006-2009 cars)

I want to know A/ do they fit and B/ what effect on ride and cornering etc.

The SC rear shocks are cheaper and more readily available.
