just a guess but is the the air compressor exhaust filter ok..maybe it needs a drill hole in it.. ... - .- -.

I can only talk from D3 experience but the pressure dropping like that is normal. Once the reservoir is filled the pressure on my D3 would drop from 260Psi to 20Psi. This is due (I believe) to the reservoir valve closing to isolate the reservoir and the compressor then exhausts the excess pressure. There can also be an issue that the exhaust cycle doesn't drop the pressure sufficiently so you get a C1A13 - Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery.
