Why would you even do this

Scouting through the eBay ads waiting for a FFRR to tempt me into buying one, i stumble across this ad. Check out the second to last picture. What is the seller hoping to portray with a picture with that content? Even if it is a replica/BB gun, why, just why??

says in the ad no guns are included. Bit disappointing that. Also says :

I wouldn't touch that car let alone buy it.
