I think regular oil changes are one of the biggest factors in an engines life , i change mine every 7 -10k kilometres and it's like new every time. The GAP IID is a must also in my opinion. I'm sure others with more experiance will weigh in. 2015 4.4 AB

I change oil and filter every 5K km, bit excessive, maybe, but for 60 punds way not

car has 185K km and engine is just purrrring,

Any particular oil, is one better for a high milage car, ect

When I bought mine I did transfer box oil change and gear box oil and filter as well as the engine oil. The idea that the g/box oil is in the unit for life is not something I am comfortable with.

OK, will get the parts to do the oils, a local indy is close by for the parts, and my best mate owns a garage  2007 range rover vogue, Black with issues

If it's a td6 the EGR delete makes a big difference to the way it runs.
