Passed MOT today, but air con not working, probably due to little use, so popped up to Halfords for free test.

Regassed and after some coaxing the clutch kicked in and I have air con again |

I did it myself, although aware of the issues with air/impurities in the system due to not vacuuming out. For now, just needed to get it working again. Used the STP eazi chill bottle and gauge, had to push the pressure into the ALERT zone before the clutch kicked in, then the pressure dropped right back.
