My little reef tank

I've been a little bit quite lately,(surely you guys must have noticed it, when its no longer funny anymore Rolling with laughter ) been busy sorting out my much neglected tank, that I've had for a number of years...what do you guys think of it then?

Obviously, its nothing compares to the big boys in marine fish keeping.... Embarassed

Meant to ask Kin , is that a Juwel 190 Aquarium and what type of tropical fish do you keep , Characin's , Cichlid's , or Cypriniforme's.

Always liked the notion of having a Tropical Aquarium , but the missus ain't too keen so will maybe have to wait until she snuff's it or she get's put into a home ( might have a bit of a wait in her 40's ) then again there's " what do you mean officer somebody cut her brake lines " Twisted Evil Rolling with laughter Thumbs Up

Nice.

I have a friend who was obsessed with keeping tropical fish/stuff.

he had a tank built in his home (cos it was too big to get in otherwise) and from memory it must have been 10ft long, 6 ft deep and about 5 ft front to back. He had all sorts of rare stuff in there, corals, giant clams, crayfish etc. It was so big he could almost swim in it!

One night it sprang a leak, 3 tonnes of water all over the floor, fish dead, massive cleanup operation, dehumidifiers on 24x7 for about 6 months.

He was not pleased! Discovery 4 HSE

Mick, you're a funny guy, does that looks like tropical fish to you!! RRUK(Adam?), I also belongs to a marine forum, one of the guys built a tank so big that he could snorkel in it !!! Shocked He does his weekly water change of 100gallons of RO water Shocked I wouldn't want to pay for his electrics and water bill...

The tank is a Juwel 180, did used to have a Trigon 350 before.

ps women tends to live longer than men Mick Mr. Green
