Second Diamond cut repair on Turbine Wheels

My 22’ Turbine wheels have already been refurbished and need doing again due to damage, the dealer says they can’t as this will leave minimal rim. They recommended I powder coat them to full black. Has a[b]nyone has this done? Or does anyone know if they can be refurbished twice! L405 S/C Autobiog
