Start button and re-programming 2011 / L322 TDV8 4.4

Hi there,

My start button is damaged and I found one which will fit for my 2011 L322 RR TDV8. This is part LR050802. The question is; do I have to go to the local Land Rover dealer to re-program this part in the ECU? Or is it only changing this parts and ready?
