My 2018sv is in the workshop now with the same problem but from reports the job has been looked at before and made the job bigger as it’s leaking at multiple points now.
Warranty rejected it and said no cooling pipes are covered!

Is this Dealers fobbing you off or have warranty people really said no? Because with my coolant leak claim, my dealer asked the question ‘is corrosion covered under warranty’ to JLR…They said NO. Dealer told me my claim has been rejected due to corrosion and was told to pay nearly £3000 for the repair.

So I argued the case with Dealers and demanded they send photos of the leak with report…after this was sent to JLR warranty…they accepted the claim based leak caused by dissimilar material than corrosion.

So it may be work arguing the case rather than just accepting ‘No’.
