door well light

Well it seems when I replaced the door handle cable I either didn't get well entry light cable plugged back in or bulb is out.
does door card have to come off again if its just the bulb or can light be accessed from outside door card? Thanks!

if its the light at the bottom of the door card then it can be prised out for a bulb change..it will be obvious when you look at it..
