Heater Controls

Hi All,
I have just noticed that the orange lights around both heat controls have gone out. Fan is fine and this seems to have happened after a flat battery but I cannot be sure about that.
I have tried a hard re set, does anyone know if they can be replaced and are they linked seems unusual both sides to fail at the same time.
