Question on "Ebony Edition" and L405-L305

Looking at a 2016 RR SC. In the USA they are calling them L305's?? I thought they were L405's? and I assumed the "Ebony Edition" was all the black trim, grill moulding etc yet, I have seen some being called Ebony Edition with regular chrome trim. Thx in advance!!
