Hi just saying Hello as I am new.
Also while I am at it. Debating between RR 4.4 BMW Engine on LPG or 4.2 SC on LPG, any thoughts and any for sale?

HI and welcome, have a look in the LPG section, im sure that this has been debated before!

Also don't discount, if you can find one the 4.4 Jag engined car. Very nice engine and quite rare as most petrols post facelift sold were SC cars. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Having owned both (although not on LPG), I'd say definitely the Jag over the BMW.

I would also recommend the Jag over the BMW when running petrol. I’ve never run LPG, but I have read comments that the BMW took better to LPG. I think it was to do with the valve seats on the Jag. I think there was an additive to protect them, but a Jag conversion was harder to do right. If you don’t have the conversion done yourself, you would need to ensure that it was done properly.

Hi Mike. The JAG engine is better on petrol and needs valve lube fitting if converting to LPG. The BMW is virtually bomb-proof on LPG. Mine has had it for nearly 10 years and never a problem. always get it serviced yearly.

Ps hav pm'd you.
