Just had and adaptive damping fault jump up on dashboard , wouldn't clear down so oh no I thought , pop the bonnet and start looking to find a snapped wire on drivers side , rubbed through on wing top , bit of solder and heatshrink and all sorted but for good measure taped both sides up with a bit of extra insulation and lifted wires up slightly .

This is a bit of a known fault. Land Rover supply a kit to fix I believe, but essentially just does what you have done.

Think the wires are a bit brittle. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
