GPS Antenna under roof spoiler

My L322 loses its GPS signal when ignition is switched off and takes about 20mins of driving to recover GPS after starting. ie 20mins for the red line to disappear from the Nav screen (denso touchscreen MK4). I've replaced the sharkfin GPS antenna with no effect and also fed a direct GPS lead into the back of the satnav DVD drive. The DVD only has one GPS antenna socket. Also temporarily swapped the DVD drive with another from a friends car but still have the same issue. I've just noticed under the rear roof spoiler is another GPS antenna that looks weather damaged but can't see where this Antenna feeds to. It is not aftermarket as this antenna appears in RAVE. Why would the car have 2 GPS antenna? Any help with where the under spoiler GPS antenna feeds and what it's purpose is would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.
