Idiot guide needed change odometer miles to km

If anyone could detail the steps for me to do thiswiththe iid tool I'd be grateful

isnt it as simple as changing the sat nav to kph...

Thought it would only be able to be done with iid tool
I'll give your idea a try in the morning though.

can't see how to change satnav to km , maybe not an option on my old 2007?

just been out to mine [2012] and the sat nav changes with the trip units being changed via the steering wheel control..
how yours is changed i cant remember but i'm sure it can be done ..[press button on stalk???]

you prompted this idiot to read tfm (after digging it out of lots of documentation I have at our rental here in portugal)

and indeed it can be done by going into the system menu and changing units to km doh!

no need for iid tool on this one
