Units on Head Up Display

Just back from my annual blast to the Alps (1308 miles at an average of 58 mph and 30.8 mpg, not bad with 4 up and roof bars fitted) and whilst over in France I switched the display to km/h. The speedo changed, but the HUD remained at mph and the range still showed miles. I’m sure in my L322 the speedo stayed in mph but the inset digital speedo went to km/h and the range changed to kms. In my F Pace, it all went to km/h. So, is that normal for a 65 plate L405 or did I do something wrong?

Cheers Stan. I changed everything I thought relevant to km or km/h, but clearly missed something. Car has an ‘online’ manual which wasn’t much help.
