TD6 starting to run a bit rough

Have been getting a little rough on start up of late so I put the iid tool on it and got the following....
cyl 1 6mm
cyl 2 653mm
cyl 3 652
cyl 4 1
cyl 5 655
cyl 6 653.
Also MAF is reading between 497-513.
Am thinking of getting a new harness and putting that in,but what about the MAF?
Car runs sweet when on the go peddle.
Any help greatly appreciated.
