I think it is the power socket for the fan unit that is fitted on the back of the batter charging module, but is not fitted on later cars, after end of 2011 I think.

I can't make out where the leads go, but I wonder if it could be a connector for the transportation relay. These are removed just prior to the vehicle being collected by the first owner and they may leave the connector in place. It does look to have an "official" blank on it. Cheers

I don't think it has anything to do with the FBH, but I can't look as she's in for a little paintwork. Be a few days.
