Dan provided me with a second key for our 2004 L322 this week - not only was it pre-cut for the vehicle, but it also had the correct transponder details programmed such that it worked 'out of the box' so to speak.

Having read numerous threads that discuss the difficulties of getting a replacement key to work, even from franchised dealers, I was understandably delighted by the service.
