Has anybody got a solution to stripped thread steering wheel

Took trims off to check my jammed steering adjuster thread is stripped in the plastic block anybody fixed this? Or know of a solution? I have managed to ascertain that it’s a T10 x 3 trapezoidal thread.

there is a thread specifically for this . Think it was member Meerbush who has a fix, common fault.
