Seat lumbar support, mind of its own?

I seem to have an issue with the inflatable portion of my drivers seat. When I deflate all the bolsters and save the setting, it seems to remember it only for an ignition cycle. If someone else moves the seat, and I click back to my saved memory setting, the seat will move to the correct position, but it will inflate ALL the bolsters (lower back, upper back, and side). I have to deflate them all with the switch and save the setting again. And ideas? These are the 24-way seats in my autobiography.

Could the seat memories be set to the keys? Try using the other/spare key and see what happens?

That's a good point. I haven't used the spare key. How would I be able to save the seat memory to the key? I just set my position by pushing the M then clicking on one of the numbers until it says memory seat saved.

Same, driver’s seat lumbar inflates (but not always).

Has anyone brought it to the dealer for this issue? Any fix? 2020 FFRR Autobiography SCV8

Just to come full circle, I brought this to the attention of my LR dealer last time I was there for some warranty work and they reprogrammed the seat module which solved the issue. 2020 FFRR Autobiography SCV8
