Fitting RRSport L320 model Expedition Roof Rack

I notice LR used the above rack on the Silk Trail cars. How did they atttach the rack to the roof rails....my MY17 roof rails dont have any slots in them for the mounting kit to slide into and sit in (as needed for the Expo Rack). Maybe LR used a different style of roof rail kit...?

Voilà, this is as close to getting pics of it as you'll get I think:

it appears they simply bolted the Sport Expedition/G4 Rack to the L405 rails.
