Good spot - the rear reg. no comes up as a BMW 5 series.

Think the front is YWC and checks out correctly.

Perhaps the bloke in Halfords swapped the letters by mistake and the owners not noticed!

Probably a simple mistake.. maybe new plates after a private reg removed and a dyslexic manufacturer ?

Yeah I wondered if he’s noticed after having a private plate on ??

Yes but Bournville is very dark brown. Named after the chocolate - Cadbury's Bournville? John
