Laser lights

HELP! I have a 2018 AB, and I opted for the laser lights.
However when they operate over 50mph, one of them points straight at the floor and one skyward. Been in to dealer three times now, only for it to come back exactly the same. Starting to loose the will to live again with the dealer. Any thoughts?

Not Leeds, no. What makes you ask?

Was the problem solved? I assume that the laser module is part of a sealed unit and with no user-serviceable parts that you can access. I had laser main beam on my L494 SVR and they didn’t really make much of a difference. The pixel LEDs on the other hand were superb.

After 4 unsuccessful visits to the dealer, I insisted on taking someone out at night to show them. ‘Oh, they shouldn’t do that!!’ Was the response. 4 new lights later, first two damaged in transit, and at least one of the lights seems to be pointing forward, not sure about the other as it doesn’t get dark till late now.😂😂

I agree, if I’d known how good the pixel lights were I’d probably not opted for the laser option.

I wonder if the laser units on my SVR were misaligned too. I’ve just swapped it for an SVADynamic, this too has lasers so I’ll have to check those out.
