Thanks, its the Geniune 'style' bit that gets me, there are loads of those but my experiences with far east produced goods made to a price are not great and with this being a part that has a lot of stress and where a lot can go wrong... I'd rather pay a bit more (but not £800) and get something trustworthy but I don't know what.

You'd be best off just going for the sports bars - no need for rails and still available £255.00

I had sports bars, they worked fine for roofbox and bikes |
