L322 upper tailgate rust

The dreaded rust is starting to show through, again !!
Had it repaired/repainted now a couple of times, and body shop chap says it's getting close to a whole new tailgate replacement.
Question is are new ones are available?
Or is a search of the scrappers called for?
Any suggestions !!

I tried breakers and to be honest the service and rudeness was unbelievable
Managed to find one for 110£ delivered on eBay
Getting painted and fitted as we speak
