havnt heard of this before..have you tried re-setting the clock to a different time and then back to the proper time..

or failing that ,do a battery disconnection.. ... - .- -.

Does it get very hot in Brisbane?
The only two reported TFT problems have been caused by “overheating”.
It might just be worth checking that the fan is running OK.
I would have expected some form of air filter on it similar to in the seats, but I can’t see any mention of one, or the need to clean it ?

Thanks guys, its actually not that hot here presently...well its a mild 22 degrees C!

Bit odd this evening - my 2011 dash TFT failed to come back on after I ran into a shop. I was 5 mins and - dead screen on return and startup. Nothing.

No flashing, no signs beforehand just dead.

Will check in the morning. And also check with the IID.

Could it be as simple as a fuse?

Also hoping just one of those weird gremlins that a sit overnight will sort.
Wishful thinking....

Any thoughts ?
