Activate LED DRL's and Digital MPH Display

Hi guys,

Is there anybody on here who is near me (Glasgow) that can activate these features on my 2011 TDV8?

Only with IID tool which is unlocked to any vehicle. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

Or you pay someone who already has an iidtool to have your vin number added to it, assuming it’s not the pro version which is unblocked for any vin number. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey
