What are my next steps?

Hi folks...... I'm hoping I won't have to take any of your advice as I'll be following up with my dealer over the phone shortly.
The story goes, that I've not recieved some of the benefits that were agreed as part of the deal when I purchased the vehicle. I've got a documented history of emails that support my quest to get what was agreed, but I'm feeling like I'm being politley fobbed off at this point. I'm mainly concerned as I've not had any detail of the warranty that was promised. I'm being a bit vague at this point as I'm hoping to maintain a good relationship with the dealer, and give them the benefit in that they "are very busy" right now. Patience is running out though, so if I have to start getting officious, what would be my fallback?
-Is Trading Standards the next step? Its been nearly 2 weeks since I bought the car.

Thanks loads in advance,
