FINALLY!

At long last after god knows how many attempts, Land Rover have finally found the right hand side fitting for the roller blind I bought months ago.

I have now finally fitted it and with a bit of ingenuity (due to the fixing being too large and making my own) it is finally in place and looks lovely.

They are still trying to find a supplier for the lower seat finisher which is missing that enables you to lock it onto the folded seats and just behind the front 2 seats - which is the main advantage of this part over a dog guard.

Would I do it all over agin?

Absolutely NOT. Next time, I'm getting a dog gaurd. Censored Big Cry Discovery 4 HSE

I have been using the Dog guard recently when the rear passenger seats are folder and you place it on the folder seats - Fantastic for a number of reasons - 1 obviously the safety issue but also gives a a place to put the guard when seats are folded !!!!!

Thanks Adam and Dan the Man for the idea and pics etc

This is a great feature which i will now regularly use Thumbs Up

Don't know what all the fuss is about!!

I ordered the parts from my local stealer - they arrived the next day - took me 10 minutes tops to fit both sides - fitted perfectly, no need for any ingenuity - job done. Looks great.

My only worry is that one of my dogs (a border terrier) could probably squeeze himself into the car around the side of the guard - not something I would appreciate if he's covered in Censored after a long walk!

The whole set up cost me about £100.
