Denso nav firmware update

Hi all - I know the bmw one has various update discs over the years - was this the case for the denso? Can these be obtained? Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF

Yup, it's only the 2009/2012 that can't Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

what year do you have now Dan?? [update car profile??]

2002-2005 cd mapping updatable.
2005-2010 illegal/pirate dvd discs available on ebay
2010-2012 hard drive mapping, latest is 2014 maps and not updatable after that..

Hi Stan good point it’s and 07 - is there a firmware update as well as map updates though? Current stable:

Sorry Dan, yes -- Map update discs often come with the firmware update which is applied before the map update is applied - I can't be sure if this is the case for all iterations of Map update but certainly most Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
