Are your ltft plus 22?

If so you still have a large vacuum leak and that'll be the source of the noise

Eta I just listened to the first clip you have air Censored in and it sounds likely to be the pcv rattling too

I can't visualise which that one is tbh.

What I would do -

Remove the pcv - its 2 small star shaped retaining screws , give it a blow through with some wd40 , before you put it back tape up the hose joint to make sure that o ring potential issue is circumvented (I mean clip the joint together in the correct position and then apply tape) refix the pcv and see how it sounds.it may take a while for the noise to dissappear ie a couple of hundred miles or so so dont be alarmed if its still noisy.
My pcv had the very same sound at one time so I suspect this may be your issue.

Are your trims plus 22?
If so you most likely have air ingress and it certainly sounds like you do with that hissing the join I mention is a weak point in the system

Good luck

Yes.
You but you still have never answered the q.
Are your ltft showing plus 22?
If so the most likely cause is a large vacuum leak ds of the maf sensor.
If so the most likely place is the pcv connection point.
Sort this out and all your problems will be gone. 👍

Pretty sure that’s what you are saying? So pcv?

It didn’t make any noise before I changed the ducts but thinking about it if it had a bigger leak at the ducts and I’ve now fixed thes it may move the extra pressure on... Current stable:

With trims that positive you are most likely pulling in a vast amount of unmetered air somewhere.thatcould explain the noise too.

If you can't manage to find it take it to someone with smoke test equipment.

Ok thought I’d better update nobody likes a post which is not finished Smile

So had my mate round who’s a bmw mechanic of 20years. He borrowed a smoke tester and there were two leaks one tiny one from the loose solid plastic pipe I put a video of and then from the pcv it was leaking all out the top of the circle (not loads but a bit. Taped it up to test it was better and he then listened and told me the noise was a knackered alternator... what are the chances
Of everything going wrong as I change one little intake duct. Going to order a denso from Dan Monday I’m off all week so should have a go at fitting doesn’t look too evil and will update... Current stable:

Just to confirm after changing the alt and the pcv (greats fun job the alt) the noise is gone and my ltft at down to 10 and 5 and I thinking that due to the leaking brake booster hose but accidentally got the wrong side through so hopefully can have it good as gold then.

Cheers for the suggestions Current stable:
