Tailgate slamming close

Hi All,

I’ve just had my tailgate realigned and the upper electrical loom replaced. All works okay and alignment is good. The only issue I have is the upper and lower tailgate appear to slam close much harder than before which was more like a soft close.

Is there anything I can do to sort this as I really can’t stomach leaving the car at the garage for another week!! 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

I’m thinking this could be a soft close adjustment problem? Anyone know how I adjust it?

The alignment all looks good it just closes with a clunk and without the second latch sound 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel
