LED lights upgrade a couple of questions.

My L322 is a 2008 and it has the upper footwell light on the top left corner of the glovebox. How do i get in to it to replace the bulb? trying my best not to brake anything so i thought i would check here first.

My second question is about the 2012 LED rear light upgrade, i have done the conversion using powerfuluk resistors. The passanger side rear light seems to have a flicker to it and i have also noticed the driver side do it also. Is this normal?

I am wondering if it could be a problem with the lights (bought used off ebay) or the voltage to the lights?.

Thanks

They shouldn't flicker. Unfortunately cheap, poorly made LED's do flicker. My experience with led's is buy quality brands like Phillips, Samsung, Cree etc.
You can try applying voltage to the lights off the car and see if it cures the flickering by connecting directly to a battery. Doing that ensures a good steady voltage supply.
Leds need a clean and constant power supply to work well. The powerful uk pcb solution are more than just resistors. They also use capacitors and voltage regulators to deliver clean and steady voltage.
Good luck sorting it. 2007 Vogue TDV8 in Zermatt Silver with Charcoal

Thanks Grofus i will try and power the rear lights externally and see if they flicker. I am not sure if they are genuine LR rear lights or not.
