L405 Roof Leak

Hi,

My 2014 L405 seems to drip water from the unit that houses the sun roof buttons. Bizarrely it doesn't always di it????? But with heavy persistent rain it will. It seems to drip from the front corners of this unit. Any ideas what it could be ? Sad

Must be the roof’s seals, I’d have to guess. Hopefully this is not frying the electrics!

It’ll happen if you ever leave the rear of the sunroof lifted when it’s parked up in heavy-ish rain and the car has been left pointing slightly downhill.

It only ever happened when the roof was left tipped up at the back, with the car pointing downhill overnight. Figured it wasn't so much a fault, as just plain carelessness! Rolling Eyes

But, if it's something that happens when the drainage for the sunroof gets overwhelmed, it is possible that the drainage pipes have become blocked? Just a thought...
