Over the past month or so I've noticed wavy lines going through the screen but then they would go away next time I got in the car. Then this happened the other day (see pic) – flickering RGB static and nothing worked. It beeped when tapping the screen, but no audio would play, no functions etc. I was quick to grab a video of it b/c I knew it would be impossible to replicate it on demand at the shop.

Anyway, I've got it in the shop this morning and showed them the video / pictures. I really hope that's sufficient proof of the faulty screen and they don't take the 'well, we couldn't repeat the issue' path on this.

Anybody ever had something like this happen?
