Jack in boot? How to put away lol

Possibly a silly question but how on earth does the jack go back in the boot??

Is this Correct?

Best place for that jack in in the bin & get a decent one Whistle

I think they go vertically, so twisted 90 degrees from the way you have it.

I think he meant rotating it about its long direction so the part that goes on the ground is down and the part on the car is up. Current: RR L322 2010

As above, throw the widow maker jack in the skip and buy something that won’t kill you when you change a wheel.
Disco 2 red bottle jack with “horns” is the dogs. Use under control arms inside the wheel. 2 pumps and you’re tyre will be clear of ground unlike the 10 minutes of jacking with the widow maker under the sills with your arse pointing into lane 1 of the motorway and then it buckles and motor drops...... Wrapped in a rag and stowed in recess around spare wheel. More space once you’ve binned the widow maker Rolling with laughter Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
