I've upgraded from L322 and L405 and kept my IID Tool, how do you register / change to a new VIN on it?

I've been on the GAP website and can only see 'transfer of ownership' and 'additional VIN' there isn't an option for changing the VIN Current

Not to cause any problems but my IId tool was vin locked to my 2013 and 2016 but my 2014 l405 has all of the same functionality and I haven’t bought a 3 rd license. It says it’s not a licensed vehicle but I click it 2-4 times and it loads and let’s me modify everything....

To clear things up if anyone else comes across it.

Contact GAP
Confirm you've sold one car and bought another
Plug in the IIDTool and get the unlock code
Send the code to GAP
They reply with an unlock code
Enter that when connected to the car and it gains full function. Current
