M O S T problems Battery related?

Hi all. Well after a lack of thought on my part the battery on my vehicle needed to be removed and charged. Having replaced the battery yesterday morning I now have a number of gremlins. I have read a good number of the threads and have a very similar issues raised by others. Volume knob does not work, no CD, AUX or TV/DVD play, plus no Bluetooth. Added to this the steering wheel voice control button does nothing. Last of all the infotainment screen does not go off straight away when the engine is turned off! The battery is about a year old and a quality one, voltage is around 13.5v when running and no water ingress in the rear anywhere. One post mentioned the reset of the MOST system, how is this done? A trick that I have found is with a set of jumper cables connected to the terminals of the car before you disconnect the battery
and the other ends connected to the new battery making sure that they don`t fall off, Then disconnect the old battery That then stops the car thinking that the battery has been changed.

Stan. Tried the lock to lock yesterday. No change with any of the functions. I am convinced it is a corruption of the files. Looking at having the system flashed.
