Can I do anything to raise this towbar?

I have the towbar below. Its detachable and looks like it has a square receptacle that the thing slots into on the main frame.

My issue is that the towball is a little low for my new trailer. Can I replace the detachable bit with something to make it higher?

Thanks!

Use the multi-height attachment that fits into the same square receiver on the main towbar frame.

Come up on eBay quite often.

Part no. is VUB000720

The option you have is to replace the quick release part for a farmers hitch with the drop plate. Need to find one.

AFAIK its the only option. Stand to be corrected.

There are 3 versions of that - a pin (as shown), a bolt - and a final one where the inserted bit is half threaded and a bolt.

The pin makes it quick release, but can be rattly. The half threaded is more fixed and quieter. Just the bolt is the worst of both.

I'm trying to remember whether it is actually any higher though.... not sure whether the middle or top holes are the same height as the quick release one....... Worst case, once you have it, you can buy a replacement tow ball that has extra height - like this one

This thread shows an anti rattle device for the farmers hitch:
