Lost ability to change settings....

Hi all,

My new to me 2004 TD6 is fitted with an aftermarket Dynavin head unit which replaced the standard unit with computer. The small display which shows mpg etc is in German but to change this you need the computer which is no longer present.

Can you change settings such as language etc with a diagnostic tool?
