Anyone put their winters on yet?

As it says I have a few longish trips but this time all in UK stretching up to Orkneys haven't put winters on yet was thinking another couple of weeks ?

Another month for me - but that's when I head off to the mountains for the winter.

I usually go for the 7 degree rule - when most of my driving is taking place below that, it's time for the winters to go on.

& degree rule is pretty good usually I am of into europe about this time so put them on at the end of October not this year though

Finally got round to doing mine today

Shake down next week, then off to the mountains on 26th - can't wait Cool

I'm slightly worried as there's been loads of snow in the Pyrenees already - roads closed etc - and I left my snow chains there as I didn't think I'd need them Embarassed

Tonight is showing as chains advised rather than compulsory - so fingers crossed.......
