Bluetooth Module

My iphone had stopped connecting automatically! So I bought a new 2nd hand module and fitted it!
iPhone now connects every time but! Callers are saying there’s an echo at their end, And, my phone book doesn’t load to the system, although when connecting, system asks to allow contacts!
Any ideas?
