Boot load cover

I recently bought an 18 plate autobiography from an approved dealer. I can’t see where my boot load cover would be - should I have this and where wouldn’t it likely be stored? Or is it an extra? Thanks.

Yeah, think there is meant to be a retractable cover type thing that pulls back to the boot? I can see where it is meant to clip in.

It's not an extra - they come with every car - but seems that some get lost or damaged along the way.

As above - it's a hard shelf - so won't be hidden anywhere - that's why it may have been lost or damaged - some people take them out & leave them in the garage / shed.

I would be going back to the main dealer and demanding a replacement one. Pretty sure that an approved used car would need to have one to meet Land Rover approved used requirements.

I have large dogs, so mine are removed on day one, wrapped in bin bags, stored in the garage and returned to the car on the day I sell.

Out of the 5 full size range rovers I've had, none have ever come with it. I always wanted one but never bothered. My new to me l405 did come with it and now I find it very annoying and removed it.

I can understand why people remove them. My wife always pushes it forward when loading shopping in and out the car but never puts it back down. Then when I use it next it rattles. Annoying! Not sure weather to chuck the parcel shelf our or chuck the wife out Whistle
