Fast Idle / Tickover

Hi am a new first time RR owner I have asked this question on other Forums but cant seem to get an answer
Feels my RR idles a bit fast around 700 RPM steady when engine either hot or cold no difference
Is this normal if not what should it be?

Thank you for your expert answer, one less thing I need to worry about just seemed a bit fast to me but if that's what it should be guess I will have to get used to it.
