United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Java Black
Not a nice thing to find today!

Went to start my 4.2 supercharged today and to my horror it sounded like a nascar looked under her and it looks like one of my cats has been stolen ๐Ÿ˜ข see below pictures. Just after abit of advice as to how to fix this will the car drive or will it go into limp mode ect also can anybody shed any light as to what the cable is hanging down on the second pic? Thanks guys

That's ridiculous. What is the world coming to.

The wire will probably be from the sensor on the cat which they have no doubt cut through.

I wouldn't drive it, it will 100% go into limp home.

Any advice on where to source a cat guys, or do you think it will need an exhaust system?

As its theft it may be covered by your motor insurance, if its worth claiming

Try to do the maths first - as once you call (inform) them there's no going back.

Excess + loss of no claims discount x 3-5 years
